The project is more than the tile you see
A shower or wet-area project needs a review of the underlying assembly and its condition. Existing damage, moisture protection and the approved scope must be addressed before tile is installed. Photos help with the initial conversation, but they do not replace an on-site assessment where one is needed.
A clearly defined tile scope
Our website offers tile and finishing services, not an automatic promise of a full bathroom remodel. Moving plumbing, electrical alterations or structural changes require a separate review and appropriately qualified trades. Any permit or building requirements are considered for the actual scope before work is agreed.
